Our focus is to have you live a happy and healthy life and to understand the pillars of treatment as they relate to nutrition, lifestyle, physical activity, genetics, medication management, and menopause- or a combination of above.

Our model offers an initial intake, physical assessment, laboratory analysis, medical evaluation and treatment plan. The initial consultation is compehensive and is provided by our GetSlimly Director, Aileen Slivkoff, NP. Aileen has worked with Dr. Kroll for over 17 years and has training in nutrition and obesity medicine. In addition, Aileen is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach.

What sets our program apart is our ability to offer you the best sustainable ways to optimize and maintain your health throughout and after your weight loss journey. Unlike other med spas or online companies that offer “skinny shots,” we prescribe only FDA approved GLP-1 and GIP agonists; Ozempic/Wegovy or Mounjaro/Zepbound. We will individualize treatment approaches with other FDA approved medications as indicated. If possible, we help obtain insurance coverage and will provide appropriate prior authorization.

We understand the risk of muscle loss when losing weight and work to enhance your protein intake and monitor your progress through body composition analysis with our In-Body technology. We counsel you to minimize negative side-effects and to effectively introduce changes for prolonged weight loss success.
